4.1 Third-party work
Portfolio pieces may include elements owned by the respective clients, developers and partners, shown here to demonstrate completed work with due authorisation. Display does not transfer any right over those elements.

You are free to browse the site and share its links. The following are prohibited, among other conduct:
- Using automated means for bulk content extraction (scraping, mirroring, data harvesting)
- Attempting unauthorised access to systems, servers or restricted areas
- Introducing malicious code or otherwise compromising the availability and security of the site
- Reproducing the design, structure or code of this site in your own or a third party's project
- Using the audiovisual pieces displayed here in campaigns, presentations or materials of any kind
6. Nature of images and simulations
The work shown on this site includes visual reconstructions, renders, three-dimensional simulations and computer-generated or computer-treated imagery, produced from plans, project files and references supplied by clients.
Such images are illustrative only and exist to demonstrate GMX Digital's work. They are not a faithful representation of any completed development, are not real estate sales material, and do not replace technical specifications, approved plans or registry documentation. Information about any development must be obtained directly from the responsible developer and a duly licensed broker.
7. Application form
Submitting the form on this site creates no obligation to contract for either party. It opens a commercial conversation, subject to a fit assessment. Data you provide is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to settle any dispute arising from them, waiving any other, save for the consumer's domicile jurisdiction where applicable.
