The conditions governing access to the GMX Digital website, portfolio and audiovisual work.

In brief: This website is GMX Digital’s institutional portfolio. Browsing it means accepting the terms below. No commercial engagement is concluded through the website; every engagement is governed by a separate agreement signed by the parties.

1. Identity

This website is operated by GMX Digital, a visual engineering and audiovisual production studio for real estate launches, serving clients in Brazil and worldwide through a remote collaboration model.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use the website.

3. Purpose of the website

This website is intended solely to provide information and present portfolio work. It is not an offer, binding proposal, service agreement or public offering of any real estate product.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website—including text, trademarks, logos, layout, source code, animations, photographs, renders, three-dimensional models, soundtracks and audiovisual pieces—is protected by Brazilian and international copyright and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering or any commercial use, in whole or in part, requires GMX Digital’s prior written authorization.

4.1 Third-party works

Portfolio pieces may include elements owned by their respective clients, developers and partners and are displayed solely to demonstrate work performed with proper authorization. Their display does not transfer any rights.

5. Permitted use

You may browse the website and share its links. You may not:

  • Use automated means to extract content at scale, including scraping or mirroring.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems, servers or areas.
  • Introduce malicious code or compromise the website’s security or availability.
  • Reproduce this website’s design, structure or code in another project.
  • Use portfolio films in campaigns, presentations or other materials without authorization.

6. Nature of images and simulations

The work displayed may include visual reconstructions, renders, three-dimensional simulations and images created or treated through computer graphics, based on plans, designs and references provided by clients.

These images are illustrative and demonstrate GMX Digital’s work. They are not a faithful representation of a completed development, are not real estate sales material and do not replace specifications, approved designs or official registration documents. Information about any development must be obtained from the responsible developer and a properly licensed real estate professional.

7. Project inquiry

Submitting the website form creates no obligation for either party. It begins a commercial conversation subject to project-fit review. Information submitted is processed under the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for its accuracy and agree to receive a response through the channels you provide.

8. Third-party links and content

The website may include links to and embedded content from third-party platforms. GMX Digital does not control and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the website available and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue sections, features or the website at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GMX Digital is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or from decisions based solely on its content.

This limitation does not exclude rights guaranteed under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version published here, identified by the date below, is the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are elected to settle disputes, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of a consumer’s domicile where applicable.
